Recipe
4 thighs
4 drumsticks
4 stalks of celery
5 whole carrots
1 onion
1 large can cream of chicken soup
1 can biscuits
Season as you like
In a stock pot boil all chicken and seasoning. Add the water only so it covers the chicken or your dumplings will be watery and soup like. Boil for about an hour and half or until chicken starts falling off the bone. Once chicken is done remove chicken only from pot to start cooling. While chicken is cooking cooling, reduce boiling water to low and add cream of mushroom, celery, carrots and onions. Take your biscuits and cube them to dumpling size. I just pull them apart and throw them in. Debone chicken and throw back in the pot. Let cook on low for 15-20 minutes! Tada have delicious chicken and dumplings. Enjoy
