Our Family Journey: June 2014

I will love you forever; I will like you for always, as long as I’m living my baby you’ll be.

As you turn 3, I know each year will say “I can’t believe he is …3” It is true another year has passed and you have filled my heart with joy, love and pure bliss. Since the day you were born you have always smiled from ear to ear showing off those dimples. Nolan you are the happiest little man I have ever met. A lot has changed since your 2^nd birthday! You are a big brother now, and have embraced your little sister with love and protection. From the moment you first laid eyes on her you loved her and were so excited to have a baby in the family. Now that she is mobile you love to crawl around in circles and show her all your trucks and toys. You are truly kind, when I ask you to give her a toy you often give up your favorite toy or stuffed animal so she can play with it. You are completely selfless and love to make her and others happy.

You are a tall and skinny little boy. You wear a size 4t (I just bought you all 3T pants and Christmas and you have outgrown all of them!) When it comes to eating it’s not your favorite thing to do. You are a snacker and love your CHICKEN! But you will drink Milk 24/7.

You are into so many different things. You love to watch Mickey Mouse on TV. When it comes to toys anything that you can push whether it be a car, a truck train, lawnmower, if it has wheels you will race it around in circles. When we are driving in the car you notice everything from a helicopter in the sky to a person running on the side walk. You point out every big truck, monster truck (pickup truck), jeep, tractor, digger, and crane. You say “red means stop and green means go” while we drive, it is our little game. You love to sing, say your ABCs, count and read. You memorize so many books from our bedtime stories and school that you read to me more nights than I read to you. Right now your favorite bedtime story is “My Truck is Stuck.” We go for lots of walks in the stroller and you love to be outside.

Nolan your laughter fills the room and your smile can be seen for miles. We love you so much little man and you make up so proud!

5. What is your favorite fruit? Strawberries, Grapes are a 2^nd runner up

6. What is your favorite cereal? Red Cereal (Lucky Charms) or Bunny Cereal (Trix) only when mommy buys them, otherwise fruit loops or raisin bran

7. What is your favorite thing to eat for breakfast? Bar

8. What is your favorite thing to eat for lunch? Chicken

9. What is your favorite dessert? Candy or Vanilla Ice Cream

10. What is your favorite drink? Milk
